Zartigonyaung Library was built and donated at East Indaing Model Village in Kyaukpadaung Township. The library is built to honor the native village of Nadi Shwe War Group’s founder. The donation also meant to show gratitude toward relatives at the village and to help current and many generations to come for their education. It serves the population of 500 from the village and others from the nearby villages. The library building was approximately 1,200 square feet sitting on the land of 8,100 square feet.
